The rules for playing The Final Mind — from creating an account through to going live on-air with the AI host.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using The Final Mind, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility සුදුසුකම්
By creating an account or joining the host-mic round, you confirm you meet the app's minimum age requirement. Verifying age and eligibility is ultimately the responsibility of the account holder; parents or guardians should supervise use by minors.
Account rules ගිණුම් නීති
- One account per person. Four sign-in methods are supported: guest, direct email + password, and Google- or Facebook-linked accounts. If you create an email + password account, you're responsible for choosing a password that can't easily be guessed and for keeping it confidential.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct. Username filtering is already enforced, and other forms of enforcement may apply as needed.
Live show conduct Live Show හැසිරීම
Players who go to the host mic — whether talking with the AI host or being broadcast publicly — are expected not to show abusive, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable behavior or content. An admin can force-end the current host turn at any time.
The same conduct standards also apply to content generated by the AI host during a host-mic conversation. An admin can force-end the current host turn at any time if an issue is reported.
Photo upload rules Photo Upload නීති
Uploaded photos are reviewed by an admin before being shown publicly. Unsuitable photos can be rejected, and accounts may be actioned for repeated violations.
Scoring, fairness & prizes Scoring / Fairness
Scores, ranks, and Stage 2 promotion are determined by the app's own rules. Admins may adjust results to correct errors or abuse. We only make prize commitments for specific shows where a prize is explicitly offered in the app — there is no general or standing prize guarantee.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability වගකීම් ප්රතික්ෂේප කිරීම
The app is provided "as-is." We are not liable for connectivity issues, mid-show disconnects, or similar technical problems outside our reasonable control.
The app uses AI to generate quiz questions, answers, and live host-mic conversations. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is fully accurate, verified, or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from AI-generated content, scoring, or the AI host's conduct during a live broadcast. Admins may review and correct such errors at their discretion.
We have zero tolerance for AI-generated content that is discriminatory or offensive toward any religion, ethnicity, or group. Such content, if identified or reported, will be reviewed and removed as quickly as possible. Users can report such content by emailing slbroapps@gmail.com.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
Changes to these terms නියමයන් වෙනස් කිරීම
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after an update counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
