These terms and conditions apply to the SL Driving Exam - සිං-தமி-EN app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by SL BRO APPS (collectively, the "Application"). SL BRO APPS is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using the app.

1. Educational Use & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

• This Application is an independent educational tool designed solely for driving license exam preparation and practice.
• The Application is NOT officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Motor Traffic (DMT/RMV) or any government agency in Sri Lanka.
• Passing practice tests within this app does not confer an official driving license. Official examinations and licenses must be obtained directly through authorized government institutions.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, translate into other languages, or distribute unauthorized derivative works of the Application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, UI designs, graphics, branding, exam question formatting, and logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of SL BRO APPS. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to submit or transmit any content or conduct activities that are illegal, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, spam, deceptive, or infringing on the privacy and intellectual property rights of others. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Application integrates trusted third-party SDKs subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Google Play Services / Credential Manager (Authentication)
• Google AdMob (Advertisements)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging & Firebase App Check
• Google Analytics for Firebase & Crashlytics

7. Network Connection & Charges

Certain features require an active internet connection. Standard data and roaming fees may apply from your mobile carrier. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by weak connectivity or lack of data quota.

8. Limitation of Liability

While SL BRO APPS strives to maintain accurate and updated question databases, the Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, test result differences, or data loss.

9. Account & Data Deletion

You can reset your locally stored exam progress, mistake logs, and leaderboard history at any time via the Settings menu ("Reset Progress") or request permanent account/data removal by emailing slbroapps@gmail.com.

10. DSA Compliance (Digital Services Act)

For inquiries, notices of illegal content, or moderation disputes under applicable regulations, the direct point of contact is slbroapps@gmail.com. Moderation decisions will be reviewed diligently and reasoned decisions communicated without undue delay.

11. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. The Service Provider reserves the right to periodically update these Terms. Changes become effective upon being published in the Application.
