The Final Mind Account Deletion

ACCOUNT & DATA

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your The Final Mind account and its data at any time — either from inside the app in under a minute, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

Delete from Settings

1. Open The Final Mind and sign in

   Use the account you want to delete — guest, email + password, Google, or Facebook.

2. Go to Settings

   Tap the settings icon from the home screen.

3. Tap "Delete My Account"

   You'll see a confirmation dialog explaining exactly what this does.

4. Confirm "Yes, delete everything"

   This is a two-step, deliberate confirmation — nothing is deleted until you tap this final button.

Deletion happens immediately once confirmed and requires a working connection to complete.

Option 2 — No app access

Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us from the address associated with your account (or tell us your username) and we'll delete your account manually.

What happens

What's deleted vs. what may remain

Permanently deleted

• Your account record (email/password or Google/Facebook ID, stored password for email+password accounts, username)
• Your login sessions
• Your push notification (FCM) token registration
• Your onboarding profile data (country, education, interests)
• Your uploaded profile photo, from our servers
• Your gameplay history, scores and rank tied to your account

May not be affected

• Any moment you appeared in a public YouTube or Facebook livestream — those platforms have their own retention/archiving policies, independent of us (see Section 4 of our Privacy Policy)
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you
• Records we're legally required to keep for a limited time

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you've gone live on the host mic with broadcast consent enabled in a past show, that footage may still exist on YouTube or Facebook independently of your in-app account — contact those platforms directly if you need a video taken down.
