Welcome to The Final Mind : Sri Lanka ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our app.

By accessing or using The Final Mind : Sri Lanka, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device.

When using The Final Mind : Sri Lanka, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features, authentication systems, or application code.

  • Engage in any fraudulent activity, automated data scraping, or manipulation of game scores, tokens, or leaderboards.

  • Post, upload, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, source code, designs, graphics, and trademarks associated with The Final Mind : Sri Lanka are the exclusive property of SL BRO APPS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without explicit written permission.

5. Advertisements and Rewarded Features

  • The app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).

  • Features involving rewarded ads (such as watching ads to earn tokens or lifelines) are subject to availability and compliance with ad network policies. Fraudulent ad interactions may result in account suspension or loss of accrued digital items.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Final Mind : Sri Lanka and its developer (SL BRO APPS) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, loss of data, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
